This Week’s Menu

It’s really easy to eat cheaply when chicken is your core weekly ingredient, but you have to be a little more creative with other meats. Pork is my husband’s absolute favourite – he may or may not have fallen in love with me because I made him bacon sandwiches on a first date – so I thought I’d share how I go about stretching 1 piece of shoulder ($12 from the market).
